Join Us for Nurses Day at the Capitol!
We are excited to invite you to join us in celebrating Nurse's Day at the State Capitol on February 19th! This special event will honor the hard work, dedication, and compassion that nurses bring to our communities every day. It’s an opportunity to come together and inform the Alabama State Legislature of the incredible impact that nurses practitioners have on healthcare.
During the event, you will have the chance to meet fellow healthcare professionals, hear from inspiring speakers, and meet with legislators to highlight the vital role of nurse practitioners in our state’s healthcare system.

February 18th, the NPAA will have the first Zoom Meeting including the Pulse on Policy. This will be the day before Nurses' Day at the Capital and will include information to discuss with legislators. We have a lot of good actions for NPs in the state of Alabama so I would urge you to participate in this meeting and also Nurses' Day at the Capital.
