Description: Our client is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Duluth, GA for day shift PRN coverage!

Type: Ongoing Contract

Location: Duluth, GA 30097

Compensation: competitive

Fully On-site Summary: Responsible for emergency and surveillance medical evaluations, medical case management of workers compensation cases, personal illness/injury return to work and accommodation request, regulatory requirements of occupational injuries and illnesses, OSHA programs, promotion of wellness through formal health promotion programs, provision of acute episodic primary care services, administration of company policies for workers compensation and disability.

Essential Functions:

Provide Occupational Medicine Services: Workers Compensation (WC) case management; On-Site Emergency Care; Post Offer Physicals; Forklift Physicals; Respirator Physicals; Audiometric Surveillance; Vision Screenings; Substance Abuse Testing; Health Classification Assignments; Business Travel Reports-Immunizations

Minimum Work Experience:

* 5 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred experience with Enterprise Health EMR documentation

Minimum Education/Experience:

NP/PA-Master’s Degree, certification, and state licensure.
RN-Bachelor’s Degree and state licensure.
